About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruiting and hiring suitable candidates as per the firm's requirements
2. Ensuring that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
3. Coming up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
4. Working on coordination and management of the research team
5. Performing other duties as assigned
