About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen potential candidates through online platforms, job portals, and other relevant channels
2. Conduct initial resume screening to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for open positions
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews of candidates
4. Participate in interviews to observe and learn effective interviewing techniques
5. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
6. Map and maintaining candidate\'s data
7. Prepare compensation sheets & trackers
