Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
2. Understand the job description, budget, and nuances in the role
3. Capture and share best-practice standards in this domain
4. Adhere to and implement the recruitment life cycle process
5. Encourage and use online technical assessment tools for the evaluation process
6. Build relationships and ISG brand with colleges and institutes for campus recruitment for technology and non-tech roles
7. Maintain and manage recruitment dashboards
