About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening and shortlisting profiles from job portals and networking sites
2. Working on referencing, networking, and job hunting
3. Finding candidates based on the relevance and suitability of the job description provided
4. Scheduling in-person rounds of interviews, telephonic rounds of interviews, coordinating technical tests, and maintaining coordination until candidates are hired
5. Identifying new methods and approaches for sourcing candidates and generating new leads
6. Conducting preliminary interviews, telephonic interviews, and shortlisting candidates
7. Coordinating with candidates in all stages of the hiring process, including follow-up until onboarding
