About the internship
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Performing operations roles in HR areas of talent acquisition/RMG/HRBP.
2. Updating various databases including the grievance log, applicant flow, HRIS, etc.
3. Researching and collecting data for various HR initiatives
4. Networking with external resources
5. Performing reference and background checks
6. Preparing materials for employee orientation & communication
7. Preparing all new hire paperwork & logistics
8. Working on recruitment coordination
9. Working on employee coordination
10. Working on employee/candidate engagement
