About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Implement and execute overall recruiting strategies
2. Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements on appropriate internal and external recruitment platforms
3. Proactively source and screen candidates using recruitment channels, databases, social media, and any other platforms
4. Conduct job interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter and shortlist suitable candidates
5. Update recruitment status reports in various internal tracking platforms/listings
6. Design and brainstorm new creative recruitment strategies as and when necessary to drive the recruitment numbers
7. Participate in various recruitment drives/job fairs as and when required and any other duties as assigned
8. Willingness to travel for drives and local market leads

Skills required:
1. Pursuing a degree in HR or a similar relevant field
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to multitask and possess strong time management skills
4. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
5. Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
6. Someone with a strong retail hiring experience or a basic retail hiring experience or a basic understanding of medical and healthcare
