About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen resumes and application forms and asist in end-to-end recruitment
2. Record all resumes and personnel documents in physical HR records
3. Liaise with recruitment agencies and line managers recording HR issues
4. Proofread and edit consultant profiles
5. Scan and email HR documents and create interview appointments and job advertisements
6. Work on data entry and general administration and organize and maintain personnel records
7. Update internal databases (e.g. leave record, attendance) and prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
8. Revise company policies and answer employee queries about HR-related issues
9. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
10. Gather payroll data like working hours, leaves, and bank accounts
11. Work on any extra duties the HR consultant requires and complete the appropriate paperwork for new and existing employees
12. Send off training invoices to finance and liaise with them about getting it approved
13. Provide administration support and work on corporate tie-ups via email, LinkedIn, social media, and calling for placements
14. Understand the product platform and its value addition for related businesses
15. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports
Requirements:
1. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented, and a self-starter
2. Knowledge of MS Office and related tools
