About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
2. Onboard new employees, including providing orientation, training, and assistance with setting up benefits
3. Develop and deliver training programs for employees
4. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
5. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs
6. Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, resolving disputes, and conducting disciplinary investigations
7. Ensure that the company complies with all applicable employment laws and regulations
