About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
3. Help maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve HR policies and procedures for a better employee experience.
6. Work directly with the founder of the organization.
