About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the HR team in conducting employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
3. Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.
4. Organize HR events and activities to promote employee engagement.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR department by drafting HR documents and correspondence.
6. Analyze HR data and prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects to enhance HR processes and practices.
