About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Explore the breadth as well as the depth of technologies on the web, desktop, mobile, server, cloud, RDBMS, NoSQL, and big data
2. Develop an understanding of technology in the domain of investment banking, e-commerce, BFSI, analytics, security, telecom, and more
3. Comprehend client requirements
4. Plan and execute sourcing strategies
5. Pro-actively target relevant skills and screen
6. Actively maintain a network of resources for future requirements
7. Engage in contact to create lasting relationships
8. Focus on client needs- disciplined attention to understanding client needs, and using insights gained through relationships to deliver qualified candidates
9. Deliver results within SLA- passion to win/ability to develop goals, produce, improvise on strategies making necessary adjustments to accomplish the goals
