About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on HR policies, recruitment and selection process of the employee
2. Do on-boarding and induction of the candidates
3. Do employee database management,
4. Ensure the MIS reports and performance management system are well maintained
5. Work on leave management, pay roll employee relations, welfare and safety
