About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1 .Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
2.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job postings, social media etc
3.Screen candidates resumes and job applications
4.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule, Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
5.Monitoring across all branches and apply HR recruiting best practices
6. Employee Performance reports to M.D
7.Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
8.On boarding and Exist formalities.
9.Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
