About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building a top-notch candidate experience with a focus on efficiency and a high-quality candidate experience
2. Building and maintaining robust pipelines and engaging with candidates from a variety of sources and talent pools
3. Screening resumes, taking initial calls, and building a close partnership with our local talent team, working to ensure we\'ve always got great candidates
4. Getting trained in applicant tracking system and business automation tools
5. Assisting with recruiting efforts by posting job openings on various platforms and reviewing resumes
6. Assisting with new hire onboarding by preparing orientation materials and scheduling orientations
7. Assisting with employee relations by answering employee questions and addressing concerns
8. Assisting with benefits administration by enrolling employees in benefit plans and answering benefit-related questions
9. Performing other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR manager or director
