About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with the HR department to identify staffing needs
2. Determine selection criteria
3. Source potential candidates through online channels using Boolean (Ex. Social Platforms and professional networks)
4. Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details using our applicant tracking system
6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
7. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
8. Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
9. Foster long term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Skills and other requirements:

1. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
4. Bachelor in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Note: The location is Cherlapalli, ECIL, Hyderabad.
