About Vidyakul

Vidyakul is India's first vernacular e-learning platform that helps state board students to learn academics via live lectures and pre-recorded courses from the most prominent trusted local teachers. We are currently offering courses for classes 9th-12th in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and Hinglish.

We are a well-funded startup and a young & passionate organization, constantly striving to work towards the aspirants' cause of access to quality education in their native language at an affordable price point. About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the organization's needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions
2. Conduct disciplinary actions
3. Participate actively in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
4. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
