OHRIA stands for natural Ayurvedic products made from formulations passed on by ancestors of our Ayurveda Acharya (teacher) in Rishikesh, his forefathers served the royalty in ancient India. Following traditional authentic Ayurvedic formulation and learning all the secrets of plants and herbs, collecting each herb by the appropriate chanting of mantras before sunrise, we followed him everywhere watching and learning.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support recruitment efforts by assisting in sourcing, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates
2. Aid in conducting orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the organization
3. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote a diverse and inclusive work environment
5. Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive company culture
6. Participate in employee relations activities including addressing queries and concerns from employees
7. Support HR in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees\' professional development
8. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects related to talent management and performance evaluations
9. Stay updated with relevant HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization
