About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the clients hiring requirements and timelines
2. Sourcing CVs from various online platforms
3. Screening/filtering profiles as per the requirement
4. Conducting a basic interview which involves calling, meeting, and video conferencing with candidates
5. Preparing assessment sheets on the basis of client requirements
6. Coordinating interviews
7. Issuing joining letters
8. Completing all formalities pre and post-joining including employee documentation
