About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call, screen, and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Ezeiatech and all it has to offer the Industry\'s top talent
2. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and stability questions)
3. Work on being accountable for the delivery of the recruiting plan
4. Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques
5. Work closely with the managers and technical teams
6. Plan special recruitment drives in collaboration with the business leads and with the supervisor\'s guidance to meet targets
7. Screen, interview, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios
8. Work with the business, HR, and compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates

Note: This internship has a performance-based compensation plan. You will receive a performance-linked bonus in addition to the minimum guaranteed stipend (1000 per hiring).

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 1000 per hiring).
