About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring
2. Maintain the employee database for new joiners and transfers, and manage HRMIS
3. Manage end-to-end internship and campus placement programs
4. Assist in day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
1. Should be comfortable working in an on-site setting for 6 days a week
2. Should be data-driven, with good analytical skills and attention to detail
3. Ability to meet deadlines and understand business criticality
4. Focused on work
5. Strong communication and presentation skills are mandatory
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
