About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Formulate job descriptions, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct first-level negotiations
2. Facilitate joining processes, conduct inductions, manage exits, share required data and reports, handle PF documentation, manage insurance, oversee HRIS handling, manage employee life cycle, and address employee grievances
3. Foster employee connections and gather feedback, coordinate events, facilitate L&D activities, and organize engagement activities
