About the internship
About Us: Uboard India Ltd. is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the manufacturing of toys. We are looking for a dedicated HR executive to join our team and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent for both IT and non-IT profiles.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment: Manage recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, source candidates via job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine), and conduct initial interviews.
2. Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, preparing and distributing onboarding materials.
3. HR administration: Maintain employee records and handle HR-related queries.
4. Employee engagement: Support engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
5. Performance management: Assist in performance appraisals and support managers with performance issues.

Other requirements
1. A bachelors degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
2. 0-1 year of HR experience.
3. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
4. Experience with job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.).
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
