About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the team with various operational tasks.
2. Establish and maintain the official personnel file (OPF) for new hires.
3. Support managers in fulfilling their organizational analysis needs and authorization of letters.
4. Assist HR managers with addressing employee grievances.
5. Provide support during the onboarding process for new hires.
6. Develop a basic understanding of management information systems (MIS).
