About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing candidates from various job portals, social media, etc.
2. Calling candidates on daily basis for interviews.
3. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
4. Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
