About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connecting with the campus for CIC/TME/BDE recruitment
2. Working on cold calling prospective candidates
3. Participating in organizing company events and career job fairs
4. Posting job ads and updating and removing the job postings from careers pages and social networks
5. Coordinating interviews (walk-in and pre-filtering) and invigilating the online tests
6. Sourcing new consultants for fulfilling the company vacancies
7. Working on achieving hiring numbers for a particular month

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 1000 per hiring).
