About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for preliminary interviews.
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
3. Maintain candidate records and assist in managing applicant tracking systems.
4. Collaborate with HR leaders to assist in employee development plans and training programs.
5. Participate in the preparation and facilitation of onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate smoothly.
6. Assist in maintaining accurate employee records in HR databases and systems.
7. Support the preparation of HR reports and documents.
8. Coordinate with other HR team members on various operational projects and tasks.
9. Collect, organize, and analyze HR data and generate various reports as per requirements.
