About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on coordinating with candidates (field staff) and the training team for scheduling training
2. Screening through the resumes submitted to the organization and identifying suitable ones based on vacancies and requirements of the organization
3. Assisting with onboarding the hired candidates
4. Working on conducting interviews for the shortlisted candidates through hiring drives
5. Co-ordinating with 3PL
6. Working on updating the database with details of new employees such as personal, educational, and employment details
