About the internship
Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources? Wolffkraft Design Studio is seeking a motivated HR intern with proficiency in spoken and written English to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with our talented team.
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and updating employee records.
3. Help with employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
4. Assist with performance management activities, including tracking employee goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on training and development initiatives, including organizing workshops and training sessions.
6. Aid in the maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining files, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
