About the internship
We seek a proactive 'HR Intern' to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations in a dynamic startup environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding processes.
2. Employee Engagement: Organize team events and handle HR-related queries.
3. HR Administration: Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Project Support: Assist with surveys, data analysis, and HR initiatives.
