About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Identifying potential candidates through job boards, social networking sites, referrals, headhunting, market mapping, and personal professional networks.
3. Sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews to find the best candidates who meet client needs.
4. Collaborating closely with Client Account Managers and the Business Development Head to understand hiring requirements, present qualified candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
5. Providing feedback to both candidates and clients after interviews and facilitating communication during the offer stage.
6. Negotiating compensation with candidates to ensure a fair and competitive agreement for both parties.
7. Coordinating with the backend team for the onboarding and training of selected candidates.
