Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and update job descriptions
2.Source potential candidates from various online portals
3.Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4.Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
5.Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
6. Employee engagement.
7.Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
8.Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
