About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the BPO process and its various functions.
2. Posting vacancies on different job portals and sources to build a talent pool.
3. Contacting candidates and scheduling them for interviews.
4. Conducting preliminary interviews for initial candidate selection.
5. Administering assessments as part of the selection process.
6. Coordinating with training and operations teams to facilitate interviews.
7. Issuing offer letters to selected candidates.
