About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
2. Assisting with onboarding processes such as background checks, paperwork, and training
3. Helping to organize and coordinate employee engagement activities such as team building events and employee recognition programs
4. Providing support in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
5. Assisting with payroll and benefits administration tasks
6. Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends
7. Supporting the HR team with ad hoc projects and tasks
