Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Fresher HR Executive
to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for candidates who are eager to build their career in HR by gaining exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. You will work closely with senior HR professionals and management to support the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple job portals and social media platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Onboarding & Induction:
Support onboarding processes including documentation, induction sessions, and orientation programs.
Ensure smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Provide support in handling day-to-day employee queries and issues.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Support payroll-related data collection and leave management processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Performance & Training Support:
Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles.
Support in organizing training and development sessions for employees.
Desired Skills & Attributes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Eagerness to learn and adapt to fast-paced HR operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Fresher candidates with strong interest in HR career will be considered.
Other Requirements:
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
