HR Executive

to manage and streamline our human resources functions.

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will handle recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible, disciplined, and capable of managing a workforce in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

(posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews) Maintain

employee attendance, leave records

, and generate reports Coordinate

payroll inputs

with the accounts team Manage

employee onboarding, induction, and documentation

Ensure compliance with

ESI, PF, Factory Act

, and labour law requirements Support

performance reviews, appraisals, and training programs

Conduct regular

employee engagement

and welfare activities Handle

disciplinary actions

and maintain confidentiality in HR matters

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

1-3 years of experience

in HR or Admin (Manufacturing industry preferred) Strong understanding of

attendance systems, payroll, and compliance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and HR software

Male candidates preferred

(for field HR coordination and factory visits)

Salary:

?18,000 - ?30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Day Shift | Monday to Saturday

Experience:

1 year (Preferred)
