About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive/Manager to manage end-to-end human resource functions in a fast-paced CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) company. This role will be instrumental in building a strong team, maintaining company culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations across our SMS, Voice, WhatsApp API, and enterprise messaging verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Handle end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and job descriptions
Build strong pipelines of candidates, especially for technical and sales roles in CPaaS
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, HRMS systems, and compliance documentation
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Develop and enforce HR policies, code of conduct, and company handbooks
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Organize employee engagement activities, team-building sessions, and internal events
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally
Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values and growth mindset
Performance & Learning:
Drive performance appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms
Identify training needs and coordinate L&D (Learning & Development) activities
Support career growth plans and team development initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in the CPaaS/SaaS/Telecom/IT industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and recruitment strategies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with HRMS tools like Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
