Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.

HR Operations & Administration



Maintain HR records, employee files, and HR databases. Manage attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance. Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to workforce metrics.

Employee Engagement & Culture



Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications. Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.

Performance & Training Support



Assist in performance review processes and documentation. Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.

Policy Implementation



Advise employees on HR policies and procedures. Ensure alignment with company policies and applicable statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

2-5+ years in HR with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Knowledge of statutory compliance (e.g., labour laws, payroll components) Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment

Pay: ₹14,858.08 - ₹56,420.67 per month
