This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. Qualifications And Skills 1 year of experience in Human Resources (HR) or related field Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws Experience in HR consulting and recruiting Knowledge of graduate recruitment strategies Excellent interviewing and sourcing skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in HR software and databases Certifications in HR will be a plus Roles And Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes Handle employee relations issues and provide resolutions Administer and maintain HR databases and employee records Assist in performance management and evaluation processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Support in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs Assist in compensation and benefits administration
