We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR professional to manage and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing talent, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters)
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Organize and manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
Employee Relations & Engagement
Build and maintain positive employee relations
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and feedback sessions
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR databases, attendance, and leave records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards
Draft and update HR policies and procedures
Performance Management
Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal cycle
Support managers in goal setting and employee development planning
Track performance metrics and provide improvement plans
Training & Development
Identify training needs and organize learning & development programs
Track employee growth and upskilling initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
