Description
We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Human Resources Associate to support HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement for our diverse team across India & overseas.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional with excellent communication skills, a strong interest in human resources, and a passion for working in a multicultural environment. You will play a key role in supporting global HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations
Assist in maintaining employee data, attendance, and leave records.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Coordinate HR documentation, benefits administration, and compliance activities.
Collaborate with the finance team for payroll inputs and updates.
2. Recruitment & Talent Support
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Manage candidate records and recruitment workflows.
Assist in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
3. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
Coordinate internal communication and feedback programs.
Support organization-wide events and team-building activities across different geographies.
4. HR Support & Coordination
Work closely with HR leadership to implement HR initiatives aligned with company culture and values.
Assist in preparing reports and HR analytics.
Collaborate effectively with team members across the world.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
0 2 years of HR experience (internship or project experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-cultural environment.
