Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all human resource operations including recruitment, payroll, compliance, training, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with KGMI's culture and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and offer roll-outs
Coordinate onboarding processes and induction programs
Maintain updated employee records and databases
HR Operations & Compliance
Handle attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll coordination
Maintain compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Coordinate with statutory consultants and ensure timely filing and returns
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally
Conduct periodic employee feedback surveys and engagement activities
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training sessions
Maintain training records and track progress of skill development
Administrative HR Functions
Maintain HR policies and ensure their implementation across departments
Support internal audits and documentation related to ISO/quality systems
Coordinate with factory and office staff to align HR policies and goals
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, HRMS software (if any)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred)
