Job Description


Responsibilities: Create learning content for the Bank, including PowerPoint presentations (PPT) and SCORM compliant materials, using instructional design principles and methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders, such as the Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) and Business teams, to understand their learning content needs. Apply relevant instructional design techniques to develop high-quality learning materials that align with the Bank\'s learning objectives, policies, and guidelines. Incorporate visuals, interactive elements, and multimedia components to enhance engagement and learning effectiveness. Regularly review and revise learning content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and validate the accuracy of the content. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects. Prepare work schedules and timelines to meet the agreed-upon number of learning creations each month. Seek feedback from stakeholders and make necessary improvements to the content based on their inputs. Follow established processes for content review and obtain final sign-off from stakeholders involved in the evaluation process. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and adult learning principles.
