Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Employee Engagement
Support in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive work environment.
Attendance and Leave Review
Monitor and review daily attendance records, report discrepancies, and coordinate with team leads for corrections.
Grievance Handling
Assist in addressing employee grievances by coordinating with the Senior HR and suggesting practical solutions.
Task Follow-Up
Regularly follow up with employees and teams on task status and ensure updates are submitted as required.
Onboarding & Exit Formalities
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, documentation, induction, and ensure smooth exit procedures for outgoing staff.
Administrative Assistance
Support the HR department in maintaining files, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Skills Required:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:
