Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes. The candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, supporting both strategic and operational HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Conduct employee induction and onboarding process.
2. Employee Relations
Act as point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Maintain a positive working environment.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Monitor employee engagement activities.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Update HRMS / attendance / leave records regularly.
Prepare HR reports (attrition, attendance, manpower status).
Ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Payroll & Compliance Support
Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, incentives, deductions).
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour laws).
Maintain employee personal files and statutory records.
5. Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal process.
Track probation reviews and confirmation process.
Support training and development initiatives.
6. Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews.
Process full and final settlement coordination.
Handle relieving and experience letters.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word).

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
