Dear All,

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Executive will support the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations, to ensure the continued success and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities- Recruitment

:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer follow-ups.

-Assist in drafting job descriptions and aligning hiring requirements with business stakeholders.

- Handle correspondence with candidates and recruitment consultants.

- Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage onboarding formalities (documentation, orientation, and system access) and oversee offboarding processes (exit documentation and clearance).

- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.

- Support engagement activities, communications, and resolve general employee queries.

- Generate HR reports related to recruitment status, employee data, and operational metrics.

- Track and maintain attendance and leave records.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: Relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and proficiency in tools (MS Office/Google Workspace).

- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
