Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Conduct employee induction, engagement activities, and exit formalities.
Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports and assist in audits and policy implementation.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR needs.
