We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist with a focus on Payroll to join our dynamic HR team. This role is integral in managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting various HR functions to promote a positive and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in human capital management systems and demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices. Duties
Manage end-to-end payroll processing using systems such as ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and other employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment & labor laws, regulations, and affirmative action planning.
Administer employee orientation programs, performance management processes, employee evaluations, and training & development initiatives.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and tact; facilitate conflict management and resolution strategies.
Develop and implement organizational design strategies; participate in succession planning and strategic workforce planning.
Conduct change management initiatives to support HR projects; manage HR sourcing activities and social media recruitment campaigns.
Prepare reports related to HR metrics using Salesforce or other analytics tools; assist in contract management and compliance documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources management with a strong focus on payroll processing and benefits administration.
Employee Engagment and activities
Strong organizational skills with experience in data entry, data collection, recruiting tools (ATS), and administrative functions.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred; professional HR certifications are a plus. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional eager to leverage their expertise in payroll operations while contributing strategically to organizational development initiatives.
