Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and policy development. This role involves hiring across diverse roles, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating across departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for tutors, marketing, sales, finance, IT, and administrative roles.
Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding and training to support a smooth transition for new hires.
Payroll & Records: Oversee payroll processing, maintain accurate leave and attendance records.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture, address employee queries, and lead engagement initiatives.
Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, support managers in performance improvement initiatives.
Strategic HR & Reporting: Collaborate on strategic HR planning, maintain MIS and HRIS data for reporting and analytics.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer company benefits and effectively communicate policy details.
Department Coordination: Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments.
Other Duties: Stay current with HR best practices, manage employee negotiations as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in HR, with a focus on recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
Skills:
Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office.
