Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Assist with employee relations tasks, such as processing leave requests and addressing basic inquiries.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Conduct research and prepare reports on HR-related topics.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for learning and a desire to gain experience in the HR field.
