Job Description

1) Consulting with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications.

2) Interviewing applicants about their experience, education, and skills.

3) Contacting references and performing background checks.

4) Informing applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.

5) Hiring or referring qualified candidates and maintaining their documentation.

6) Conducting new employee orientations.

7) Terminating contracts when necessary.

8) Maintaining ethical hiring practices and aligning with the regulatory environment.

9) Writing employee contracts and negotiating salary and benefits.

10) Processing paperwork plans and coordinating the workforce to best use employees' talents.

11) Resolving issues between management and employees.

12) Coordinating and supervising the work of specialists and staff.

13) Directing disciplinary procedures.

14) Checking employee timesheets and regularly consult with them regarding effective use of working hours and monitor their progress.

15) Providing training opportunities (internal training, educational programs, conferences, etc.) to keep employees up to date in their respective fields.

16) Negotiating group health insurance rates, retirement plans, and other benefits with third-party providers.

17) Approving employees' overhead expenses.

18) Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance.

19) Preparation, verification, processing & reconciliation of monthly payroll

20) Maintaining EPF & ESIC accounts of the candidates.

21) Monitoring and approving leaves; regularly updating company's leave policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
